Q1: How to order?

 

A: To place an order, please provide the item numbers shown on our website. If your order is small, we can help you order in bulk and arrange shipping. For wholesale and import agents, please provide the item numbers and desired quantity, and we will offer you the lowest price for mass production.

 

Q2: What are the payment terms?

 

A: We offer two payment options:

1. TT (Telegraphic Transfer): Pay 30% in advance as a deposit, and we will arrange mass production. The remaining 70% can be paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).


2. 100% L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.

Q3: Can I mix items in one container?

 

A: We strive to fulfill all client requests. You can mix up to 5 items in one container. If you wish to mix more, please allow us to check and confirm.

 

Q4: Do you charge a sample fee?

 

A: We usually provide free samples, but the transportation fee should be paid by the buyer. However, rest assured that we will refund the fee when you place an order.

 

Q5: What is your lead time or delivery time?

 

A: After receiving a 30% deposit, we can complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, it takes approximately 25-35 days.
