Q2: What are the Payment Terms?

 

We accept two payment methods:

 

1. TT: You can pay 30% in advance as a deposit, and once we receive it, we will proceed with mass production. The remaining 70% can be paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).


2. 100% L/C at sight: You can opt for a Letter of Credit (L/C) where the payment is made in full upon sight of the documents.

Q3: Can I Mix Items in One Container?

Q4: Do You Charge a Sample Fee?

 

For samples, we usually provide them for free. However, the buyer is responsible for the transportation fees. Rest assured, we will refund the fee when you place an order.

 

Q5: What is the Delivery Time?

 

After receiving a deposit, we typically complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, the delivery time is usually 25-35 days.
