Q1: How to order?
A: To place an order, please provide the item numbers as shown on our website. If you have a small order, we can help you order in bulk and arrange shipment. For wholesale and import agents, kindly provide the item numbers and the required quantity, and we will offer you the best price for your mass production.
Q2: What are the payment terms?
A: We offer two payment options:
1. TT (Telegraphic Transfer): Pay 30% in advance as a deposit. Once we receive the deposit, we will arrange mass production. The remaining 70% can be paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
2. 100% L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.
Q3: Can I mix items in one container?
A: We strive to accommodate all client requests. You can mix up to 5 items in one container. If you wish to mix more, please allow us to check and confirm the feasibility.
Q4: Do you charge a sample fee?
A: We usually provide free samples, but the transportation fee should be paid by the buyer. However, rest assured that we will refund the fee when you place an order.
Q5: What is the lead time or delivery time?
A: Once we receive a deposit, we can complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, it will take approximately 25-35 days.
