Q1: How to order?

 

A: To place an order, please provide the item numbers listed on our website. If your order is small, we can assist you in ordering in bulk and arranging shipment. Q2: What are the payment terms?

 

A: We accept two payment methods:

 

1. TT (Telegraphic Transfer): Pay 30% in advance as a deposit, and we will begin mass production. The remaining 70% can be paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading.


2. 100% L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.

Q4: Is there a sample fee?

 

A: We usually provide free samples, but the buyer is responsible for the transportation fee. However, rest assured that we will refund the fee when you place an order.

 

Q5: What is the lead time or delivery time?

 

A: After receiving a 30% deposit, we can complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, the lead time is approximately 25-35 days.
