Q1: How to order?
A: To place an order, please provide the item numbers shown on our website. If your order is small, I can assist you in ordering in bulk and arranging shipment. For wholesale and import agents, please provide the item numbers and desired quantity, and I will offer you the lowest price for your mass production.
Q2: What are the payment terms?
A: We offer two payment options. The first is TT (Telegraphic Transfer), where you pay 30% in advance as a deposit. Once we arrange mass production, you can pay the remaining 70% against the copy of the Bill of Lading. The second option is 100% L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.
Q3: Can I mix items in one container?
A: We strive to fulfill all client requests. You can mix up to 5 items in one container. If you wish to mix more, please allow us to check and confirm.
Q4: Do you charge a sample fee?
A: For samples, we usually provide them for free. However, the buyer is responsible for the transportation fee. Rest assured, we will refund the fee when you place an order.
Q5: What is your lead time or delivery time?
A: After receiving a 30% deposit, we can complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, the lead time is 25-35 days.
