A: To place an order, please provide the item numbers listed on our website. If your order is small, we can assist you in ordering in bulk and arranging shipment. For wholesale and import agents, please provide the item numbers and desired quantity, and we will offer you the lowest price for mass production.

 

Q2: What are the payment terms?

 

A: We accept two payment methods:

 

1. TT (Telegraphic Transfer): Pay 30% in advance as a deposit, and we will begin mass production. The remaining 70% can be paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).


2. 100% L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.

Q3: Can I mix items in one container?

 

A: We strive to accommodate all client requests. You can mix up to 5 items in one container. If you wish to mix more, please allow us to check and confirm.

 

Q4: Is there a sample fee?

 

A: We usually provide free samples, but the buyer is responsible for the transportation fee. However, rest assured that we will refund the fee when you place an order.

 

Q5: What is the lead time or delivery time?

 

A: After receiving a deposit, we can complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, the lead time is approximately 25-35 days.
