Q1: How to order?

 

A: To place an order, please provide the item numbers listed on our website. If your order is small, we can assist you in ordering and shipping in bulk. For wholesale and import agents, please provide the item numbers and desired quantity, and we will offer you the lowest price for mass production.

 

Q2: What are the payment terms?

 

A: We accept two payment methods:

 

1. TT: Pay 30% in advance as a deposit. Once we arrange mass production, you can pay the remaining 70% against the copy of the Bill of Lading.

Q3: Can I mix items in one container?

Q4: Is there a sample fee?

 

A: We usually provide free samples, but the buyer is responsible for the transportation fee. However, rest assured that we will refund the fee when you place an order.

 

Q5: What is the lead time or delivery time?

 

A: After receiving a deposit, we can complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, the lead time is 25-35 days.
