Q1: How to order?

 

For retailers or individuals, please provide the item numbers shown on our website. If your order is small, we can help you order in bulk and arrange shipping. For wholesalers and import agents, please provide the item numbers and quantities needed. We will offer you the lowest price for your mass production.

 

Q2: What are the payment terms?

 

We accept two payment options:

 

1. TT: Pay 30% in advance as a deposit. Once we arrange mass production, you can pay the remaining 70% against the copy of the B/L.


2. 100% L/C at sight.

Q3: Can I mix items in one container?

 

We strive to fulfill all client requests. You can mix up to 5 items in one container. If you wish to mix more, please allow us to check and confirm.

 

Q4: Do you charge a sample fee?

 

For samples, we usually provide them for free. However, the buyer is responsible for the transportation fees. Rest assured, we will refund the fee when you place an order.

 

Q5: What is the lead time or delivery time?

 

After receiving a deposit, we typically complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, the lead time is usually 25-35 days.
