Q1: How to order?

 

For retailers or individuals, please provide the item numbers shown on our website. If your order is small, I can help you order in bulk and arrange shipping. For wholesalers and import agents, please provide the item numbers and desired quantity, and I will offer you the lowest price for mass production.

 

Q2: What are the payment terms?

 

We accept two payment methods:

 

1. TT (Telegraphic Transfer): Pay 30% in advance as a deposit. Once we arrange mass production, you can pay the remaining 70% against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).


2. 100% L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.

Q3: Can I mix items in one container?

 

We strive to accommodate all client requests. You can mix up to 5 items. If you wish to mix more, please allow us to check and confirm.

 

Q4: Do you charge a sample fee?

 

For samples, we usually provide them for free. However, the buyer is responsible for the transportation fee. Rest assured, we will refund the fee when you place an order.

 

Q5: What is your lead time or delivery time?

 

After receiving a deposit, we can complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, it takes approximately 25-35 days.
